Yes we have seen exceptional seasonal demand of our product and substantial growth in MENA region. We review our budgets based on 3 months rolling outlook and make amendments to ensure that numbers are achievable.

Yes, we have adjusted our forecasting 6 weeks before the start of the new financial year. We always have been following that approach of under commit and over deliver. Our actual performance, sales forecasting and pipeline data was showing a potential revenue grown of 18% on year-to-year basis.  As we had to take certain important decisions to exit loss making accounts and our increased focus is to sign profitable revenue deals only, so we had adjusted our target setting for upcoming year 6 weeks before our data was showing a potential growth of 18%. We had toned it down by number of percentage points amidst changes in revenue growth guidelines, stiff competition and economic slowdown.
