What KPIs is your Chief Procurement Officer DIRECTLY responsible for?

Are you meaning Chief People Officer? Employee Engagement Score, and Time to hire.
Across many organizations that I’ve worked with, #1 is always some sort of savings measure - though I’ve seen it measured many different ways. For direct materials it’s usually volume*(old price - new price). Indirect purchases are a bit more tricky as the baseline is not clear. In some cases price increases count against the target, but not always. More sophisticated organizations will count savings other than price that Procurement initiates or participates in. Savings should be one dimension of a balanced scorecard that may include delivery, quality, and cash flow components
I believe it is Product Revenue and Profitability & NPS
I think people are confused what does CPO mean here, is it Chief Procurement Officer, Chief Product Officer or Chief People officer? Author should clarify the same.
