As a leader, what do you see as your most critical responsibility when making major changes to your team's culture or structure due to AI?

Leading by example matters. If leaders aren’t committed to leveraging AI, it’s difficult to build buy-in among teams.

Team structure and composition are affected, with many non-technical roles becoming redundant as AI takes on more tasks. However, each organization and product should assess the quality of AI’s output.

A leader’s main responsibility is to guide the team through change with clarity and trust, with support from leadership during adoption. Leadership needs to assess changes on a case-by-case basis, focus on upskilling, maintain morale, and foster a culture of ethical and responsible AI.
