Currently we are strictly using LinkedIn Learning across our agency. Unfortunately we have not seen a large quantity of employees embrace the platform, but we do have plans to roll out more learning paths and hopefully increase participation.

As of now we're not using any particular LMS platform. Currently, for learning we reply on Coursera, Duolingo, LinkedIn Learning, etc. based on my need. However, it's important to have a dedicated LMS platform and we're looking for different platform options to implement at our organization.

Currently we are using Disprz as an LMS platform. It allows us to offer on-the-go self-paced training to fit the fast-paced nature of work of our employees. It also has an analytics feature that helps us derive meaningful analysis to improve the employee learning experience.

Ease in identifying specific programs based on competency levels and a customer service team that proactively supports in empowering learning teams to cascade and enhance the learner experience is what made us select Disprz over other LMS in the market
