What are folks using for a HR ticketing system that includes automated workflows, reporting and tracking? Ideally it would be embedded in WorkDay if not part of Workday itself.

We are looking to create a queue-based interview system. Currently, we have coordinators whose tasks include coordinating and scheduling interviews.
