In a nutshell:
1. The first step to a successful rollout is to assess what use cases AI is needed for.

2. Then you can select the best AI systems (models and/or applications) for what you need.
3. One you have your systems selected, you can start building with confidence, incorporating development into your SDLC.
4. Once your AI systems are live, it's critical to monitor to track performance and user behavior and well as to ensure you're remaining compliant.

Most importantly, throughout this AI lifecyle, you should have security tools built in as well. Given the ever-evolving threats that emerge with AI adoption, it's critical to have protection that's adaptive in order to keep up with the pace of AI from day one.

There are loads of guides out there you can follow, but if you go with the above, you'll be able to tailor the process to your business, CXO's needs.
