I have seen many companies choosing to build their in-house IT team, as they are looking for the "cheaper option", and forget about training and career development. Depends on the nature and the size of the business. My opening, for medium and big businesses, building the right IT team in-house is much better.IT Manager in Education, 501 - 1,000 employees
To me, an in-house team is the best solution, no matter the size of the corporation. I would only consider outsourcing if the required tasks are too costly, should we opt to train our team or hire new skills, in matter of time and money.Content you might like
