What is your organization engagement strategy for AI? How do you approach training and change management?

That’s a great question because AI expenses need careful consideration. I think we should start by using AI in our regular work—like development and answering questions—with controlled access. If users aren’t actively using it, we should revoke their access since licenses add to the cost.
We should also set up a centralized AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to define the overall AI strategy, governance, and security. In parallel, we need to start training teams to understand AI and how to use it securely.
Many teams will approach you wanting to work on AI, but we need to be cautious and provide limited access under the CoE’s guidelines. On the other hand, some people might worry about losing their jobs because of AI. We should address this concern and make it clear that’s not the case.
Our plan should be a gradual rollout, with a structured program for all employees to adapt slowly.

We could connect over peer calls and I could share some perspective there. I believe those would be helpful
