I love the convenience of the mobile phone but typing on it is beyond frustrating. I consume a lot on my phone but often wait until I get in front of a proper keyboard to write anything more than a sentence or two.

Depends on the task. Meetings can be taken on mobile phone or tablet. Heavy Architecture work, from my experience, are best driven through a laptop.
