What privacy groups have you found to be worthwhile? For example: The Conference Board's Chief Privacy Officers Council? Future of Privacy Forum? Others? Are these good for you as an individual? Do they benefit your organization? How?

Conference Board CPO Council and Global Privacy Alliance (GPA - run by MoFo) are both excellent for peer discussions/learnings.  FPF is great for privacy and AI - very helpful, frequent updates.

IAPP is another good organization.

Can anyone provide recommendations on how to benchmark operational expenses in healthcare? I'm evaluating whether a centralized IT expense management approach or a department-specific strategy would be more effective.

I agree with Alana. IAPP has a very large collection of global privacy professionals and keeps up to all the global news and changing regulations. Highly recommend them. OneTrust or other GRC software can also assist in keeping you informed if you choose to pay for that service with them.

IAPP. International Association of Privacy Professionals. This group has a fairly good eye on all things privacy related from an international lens. Information you would see put out by other groups individually is disseminated by IAPP.
