I can't think of a named team, but the most memorable was related to purpose.  When COVID first hit, I was working as the State Deputy CIO running the State data center, and our unemployment system went under water due to the traffic.  Getting a call from the Governor to step in and save the day was the most memorable.  Just seeing this question worded this way, is giving me an idea that we need to START naming our Tiger Teams with my current role.  Great question!
