Let's talk tenure....What are some creative things your company does to recognize/reward employees with long tenure? Sabbaticals used to be more common, and we are seeing less of that and would like to learn what other ways/perks/benefits have been proven to support this effort.

I'm not sure this is the best wat to go about things. It might be a good idea to reward people for demonstrating the right behaviors, mindsets, skills regardless of how long they've been with you. It will keep driving those right behaviors, mindsets and skills.  Reward them for still being with you - regardless of their capability.

some thoughts we had are: paid vacation package for 2, get-away bonus, stock grant, x-month gig working for a non profit to bring their skillset to the community, higher 401k match....hoping to hear some more brainstorm ideas!!! TIA
