"Scrumming" ?:)

Scrumming means engaging in the process of Scrum, which involves iterative and incremental progress towards a project's goal, through regular meetings called "sprints."

Scrum teams consist of a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and the Development Team. Scrumming involves working together to set priorities, plan work, review progress, and continuously improve processes.

A Scrum Master spends their day facilitating Scrum events, coaching the team on Scrum principles, removing impediments that prevent the team from achieving its goals, maintaining team focus on the sprint goal, supporting the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, monitoring team performance, and providing feedback to help team members improve. The Scrum Master helps to ensure that the Scrum team is working efficiently to deliver high-quality products, which is critical in today's fast-paced and competitive technology landscape.
