Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Professionals - Does anyone have any cost-per-hire benchmark info they'd be willing to share?  Especially in the finance, insurance, or professional services industry.

Average cost per hire in the US is around $4000 and in UK it’s £3000. If you choose to bring a recruitment agency in, you'll have access to a much wider pool of talent, but you'll end up paying a 15-30% fee on top

Cost per hire depends on the Industry, Country, Region, kind of role etc. Typically in IT, for delivery functions, is ~$4000 for Americas.
