FYI - I worked there so take that into consideration....

This is Honeywell's  product Instant Alert Plus.  We used it for employee notification of building closures, storm closures, disasters etc.   Our local school district used it, as well as our city for storm announcements, water pipe breaks etc.

There is also systems that tie into your building management/fire system like Honeywell's UNP Annual Mobile Endpoints Mass Notification Ecosystem license.
