Hey Glen, thanks for adding in - I prompted to Roberto on the thread as well re: what he's doing to handle this. I have to imagine in your case you had to take some extra steps in training or alerting employees of these targeted attacks? Any best practices or advice?

Our tools can't manage the vast number of attacks we'd received. So, we trained all employees, trusting that it will suffice.<br><br>So far, there has been a decrease in the number of attacks with no bad results at all.
