We utilised Perceptyx for our recent employee engagement survey. The tool was straight forward to use and the service well received. They were also relatively cost effective

You can check out Culture Amp. They have inbuilt survey templates back by research done by people scientists. Very easy to create reports with analysis. Lot of survey templates or custom survey options available. We have been using them for the last 3 years.

We use WTW but will in the future move to Workday Peakon for all surveys, if anyone has experience in Employee Engagement Surveys using Peakon do let me know too!

We have a team member that is asking for a religious accommodation to not work from sundown on Friday to sundown on Saturday but we are open Friday until 6pm and half day Saturday. Our fear is that we approve this and as we open more locations on Saturdays more team members will make these requests and we will not be fully staffed.
