We are attempting to leverage SmartSheet as our PPM (Project Management and Resource Management tools).  Does anyone else utilize these tools as their PPM solution?  If so, what are your key takeaways that we need to consider to make our implementation a success?

We went with Wrike but that was not due to anything other than the fact that there were others groups already using Wrike.  We also looked at Smart Sheet and monday.com.  For our use case, we did not see much daylight between the three offerings.

We use Smartsheet and found it better than Microsoft solution. Just now getting into the automations.

We use it and Monday.com. Monday.com has more robust capabilities.  Smartsheets is changing their license model, which makes it more expensive.  Also they are bought by private equity, which is concerning from an innovation standpoint.   There are benefits such as the external sharing free licenses that still hold, but we have groups that will move off of it given the price increase and some limitations like restoring versions (you email support :) which is not so modern.
