Thanks Gene - I still can't see it......I can open the tool and see the HR metrics but just cannot see how to get to the L&D metrics.  Did you manage to find them?

I am hoping to learn from peers who have implemented performance management in a production environment with hourly/blue collar workers. I am interested in learning from others who needed to create a process with the constraints that come with this audience, i.e., computer access, etc.
