Customer Relationship Management, Billing, Payments Life Cycle, Business Intelligence, Workforce Management, GIS, SCADA, AI, IoT, and Energy Consumption Disaggregation, allow the client to integrate processes across departments and divisions, enhancing their customer care and increasing their efficiency. Product Engineering has developed a modular suite composed of multi-service software products: Net@SUITE. It responds to the specific requirements of utility firms and it is perfectly scalable to the dimensions and needs of clients. Engineering's software solutions are able to satisfy any law requirements, duly guaranteeing data accuracy. Such solutions are designed to be easily integrated with other systems and implemented in the future. Thanks to the knowledge of business processes and database frameworks, Engineering can also manage the full migration of previous software applications to the new solution or the integration of third parties' product to the current applications. Net@Suite is provided both On Premises and Cloud.
Engineering has currently been developing Home EnergIA, an IoT cloud based platform, enabling NILM (non-intrusive load monitoring) for the disaggregation of home energy consumption.

- On Premises: maintenance through a dedicated customer service and professional services for all new implementations and changes: both customer and Engineering infrastructure;
- Cloud: software as a service and professional services for E2E process outsourcing.
