We are reviewing titles in the IT department and I'd like to ask what title other companies give to a CIO direct report who is responsible for the "front office" of IT: business relationship management, enterprise architecture, PMO and IT financial management, and training/digital adoption. The current title is "Head of IT Business Planning Office", but does that mean anything to people outside of IT? Are there any other titles you've seen for a similar scope of role?
