We are Financial Services Org currently deploying Microsoft Teams, while doing this we are seeing some strong compliance challenges related to information sharing. Have you deployed MS Teams in the FS sector? If so can you help: 1) Do you utilize virtual desktop technology? 2) Are your users able to host/join meetings with 3rd parties? 3) Do you allow screen/document sharing in Teams meetings? 4) Are there any restrictions in place relating to what can and cannot be shared? - If the answer to 4 is yes, what, if any, technology do you use to achieve this?

What is your organization doing to build out internal skill sets for infrastructure cloud and supporting areas?

We are currently utilizing VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) on Dell infrastructure for our data center operations, which includes managing 600 ESXi servers. While Dell provides customized and validated patches for ESXi hosts, these patches are often released some time after VMware publishes them. This delay can impact our ability to quickly apply critical updates and maintain optimal performance and security. We're seeking advice on how to accelerate the patching process for ESXi hosts in our VCF environment. Specifically, understanding best practices, tools, or solutions that can help streamline the patching workflow and ensure timely application of validated patches. We are also exploring the use of VMware Lifecycle Manager (vLCM) as part of our patch management strategy. Any insights or recommendations on how to effectively manage this process?
