Although I'm a firm believer that hands-On Training is the most effective, I can certainly see future LMS's to be rooted in AI. Especially for topics that would normally take place in a lecture hall with no hands-on experience required.

Large conglomerates must have different locations and much more huge Quantum of employees.
AR VR related training would be the best, firm, cheapest and faster option to provide training.
AR VR will have option to repeat the same training program untill final training test qualified by concern employees.

These trainning back ground work can be created centrally and can conduct training at multiple locations.
