We have gone to a core hours concept where we ask our team to be available for meetings.  Outside of core hours is time for individual work.  It has allowed me to get a lot of my responsibilities completed before and after core hours.

Can a Scrum Master also take on tasks such as writing test scripts or developing reports, especially now that GenAI tools make it easier for anyone to contribute? Traditionally, how was it viewed when Scrum Masters contributed in this way, and with GenAI potentially reducing team sizes, how might agile experts view this kind of involvement from Scrum Masters now?
