We have annual Cyber Security training, including as part of the new hire Onboarding, but in addition we issue monthly security awareness in the form of videos that trickle through the business. I believe that little and often helps build a more aware user community, but the balance is key.

we do it every quarter as mass communication to all the employees however we also roll out InfoSec quizzes once in every 2 months comprised of various categories of awareness as password security, internet security etc. and awareness post as danglers and wallpapers and mass mail communications

Half yearly however there are some relevant courses too which are sent throughout the year.

I have a task to create a high level doc regarding EntraID groups and existing conditional access policies for an exec review. Now, I'm quite familiar with how things work in there and how they were set up, but putting it all in a doc is a whole different beast. Any ideas as to how to go about it would be very helpful. I already have everything I need exported from Entra into a CSV and a JSON. Basically diagrams and nomenclature, the whole nine yards.
