I think the challenge is not recruiting new employees but rather to keep them long enough.  Life-long fidelity toward an employer is a thing of the past.   Even benefits and pension plans are not resonating hard enough for young people.

And now, with our policy of hybrid work (2 days at the office per week), we've seen the engagement level from the employees going down.  We'll soon measure how many people left (and why).   Other employers advertise as being (100% pure virtual) and this attracts many people.
