Challenge in justifying the ROI..

We've consistently increased spending in this area.  But one thing we started working on last year was engaging the broader IT organization in AI.  So we had Amazon come in and host classes on AI/ML that engaged both IT staff, and our business (citizen developer) teams.  We ran a contest using Amazon's Deep Racer -- just to get people to become familiar with the tools. 

My ultimate goal is that AI/ML won't be something only one team does, but it will be a tool applied (where necessary) across all teams.  We'll still have experts, but hopefully in a COE model, not as the only people using the tools/technology.

Hi Gartner Peers! I'm curious what tools or combination of tools you're all leveraging as a company to drive productivity around building slides/PPT decks. A top pain-point we hear is how much time people spend working on PPT decks, in the minutia (copying and pasting content from other sources, or to get it into a new template, formatting text, colors, etc.) instead of focusing on the ideas and messages. How have you been able to create efficiencies with automation and AI in PowerPoint workflows?

Do you have any experience building AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce? What types of AI agents have you built (internal/employee or customer-facing), and what challenges have you had in implementing them? Where have you seen any measurable impact or success so far?
