College degree. I believe it is important to have an horizonal knowledge, get boosted the soft skills too rather than a vertical knowledge before jumping to the Company.

Has anyone implemented the Sponsored Guest feature in SAP Concur to reimburse non-employees, such as job candidates, for travel expenses?  If not, what process are you currently using to reimburse candidates for travel expenses related to job interviews?
