If I were to be unionized does that mean I just get average raise and only promotions based on time I have worked. If that is the case, then I am not interested. I worked very hard for promotions, put in extra time to learn more, paid for additional schooling myself to earn promotions. I wouldn't do those extra efforts if I just got the "average" or same as everyone else.
