We've started a 3/2 schedule (3 days at home, 2 days at the office) this week. Previously, it was a 4/1 schedule.
The challenge: the days at the office will be pre-determined because of floorspace limitations. We need to spread the teams across the week.
For sure, people will complain if they end up with Friday...!
Are other also experiencing the same kind of situation where the organization shrunk the available floorspace because it was underused for 3 years and now, it has to juggle with the schedules of people going back to the office?
