AI Training?  How are you measuring the effectiveness of any training you have launched for Prompt Engineering, Chat GPT or other AI tools?

We are focusing on learning by doing. We give a GenAI productivity tool like FRIDAYi to them and ask them to use it and learn by doing...

I came here to ask the same question.  Would love to connect with others curious about how to measure training for effectiveness on prompt engineering as well. 

The measurement approach depends on the AI use case. For example, prompt engineering can be evaluated by comparing the number of prompts entered before and after training on the same subject, or through surveys integrated within the AI app (if administratively accessible).

Each use case requires tailored metrics, often relying on pre- and post-training comparison surveys.
