Does anyone have any recommendations for a change management certification? There are several out there and I am looking at the following: CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) through ACMP Global, Prosci Change Management, Change Management Certificate by ATD, & Change Management Certificate by Change Guides. Are there any others that I should be considering?

I liked EPIC change by Dr. Tim Clark. There is a book and he facilitated upskilling in it.

When I worked at Ford Europe, we used La Marsh Managed Change. It has 4 major phases on how to approach change. I still use its major concepts - they are both practical and intuitive. https://lamarsh.com/

Prosci was good. My doctoral program incorporated the Being First framework. I would also recommend incorporating appreciative inquiry training. I find that we pull from all three frameworks when leading change initiatives.
