Can anyone provide examples of FMCG companies that have effectively boosted employee engagement with learning opportunities through large-scale promotional activities and how these investments have impacted metrics like LMS usage and course completion rates?

FMCG companies have effectively boosted employee engagement with learning opportunities through various strategies such as social learning, reskilling, and upskilling programs.

For example, some FMCG brands have adopted social learning techniques that condense training content into brief, engaging segments, tapping into the core premise of Social Learning theory.

Based on my knowledge, some FMCG companies, such as Unilever and Procter & Gamble, have been known for their focus on employee development and engagement. They often invest in extensive training programs and learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge, which can positively impact metrics like LMS usage and course completion rates.

Hope this helps!

We had previously been part of the Franklin Covey All Access Pass environment and ran some standardized training within the company using this material.  We found this was interesting to people as our culture is based on the 7 habits and they would explore their provided memberships on their own.
