I would not use the word complex or introduce a complex solution to drive digital and business transformation. Instead, transparency and automation is a preferred option to engage the business operations. Everyone wants more insight into their own process.

HP Print approached my org saying they are going to increase prices as a result of tariffs - 10% increase per click charges and 3% increase on base charges. Has anyone else been approached by HP? Have you had any success in pushing back? If so, what strategy have you used?
