For the emails you’re sending to be considered transactional, they must sent to customers in response to a specific event or action that occurring directly to them, and directly impacting them.Even transactional emails must comply with certain CAN-SPAM requirements, such as including the sender's physical address, providing an unsubscribe link in the footer and make sure you do not use deceptive or misleading subject lines or content.
