Yes, we use surveys and interviews to take the temp check. We also evaluate productivity indexes also to make sure we are making the right decisions.
Yes, we are exploring various options of working from office. These options are:
1. All team members working from office on fixed days. 2. Some Team members coming to office on certain days and other team members of same team for remaining days on their preferred days. 3. Some customer facing roles have to work from office on all days.
So, these kinds of options are being put in place for different teams based on business requirements.
