There are several pre defined and standard Agile frameworks that can be followed depending on needs of the team

Best way is to study the frameworks, see which one is applicable to your team, talk to all the stakeholders, do a pilot for your team(and then expand to org as required,) , Adapt and iterate so that you follow it perfectly.
