What design productivity tools has your in-house creative team had success with? I would love specific tools you recommend, as well as the wins you've had with them. What benefits did you experience, and was there initial pushback in adoption? What were some tools you evaluated but ultimately decided against?

Our Design team at Levelpath collaborates in Figma for design as well as Adobe Create.

In our in-house team, Figma has been the biggest productivity win. Real-time collaboration, shared components, and faster feedback loops significantly reduced back-and-forth and version issues. There was some initial resistance from people used to older workflows, but a short onboarding and clear design systems helped adoption quickly. We’ve also had good results using Notion to centralize briefs, guidelines, and project updates, which improved visibility and cut down on repeated questions. We evaluated tools like Adobe XD and heavier whiteboarding tools, but ultimately passed because they didn’t add enough value compared to our existing workflow.
