I like to make sure clients start with Why. Make sure people through the rank are clear on why is this change happening, what's the value to the customers (or what problems will this solve for your customers). Also, what should they expect, how will this change their jobs. There's a lot to consider as part of a digital transformation, but starting with why and focusing on the people/ change management are key.

Star with cultural interventions followed by induction of digital mindset skilling, that should be the starting point.
