Very much agreed, I just wrote an article on this observation of mine a few days ago.<br>I'd add one point: even if we can fill the middle-layer gap, then they won't become top layer leaders as they go away or move between companies.<br>There are clear reasons for all these, but I'm not sure companies are ready to face them atm, which will cause further issues in a few years' time.
