An integrating Sophos’s strong endpoint management and security solutions with Secureworks’s incident response expertise could create a comprehensive cybersecurity platform. It is a good acquisition for both sides. Sophos gets a MSSP that is Enterprise focussed. Secureworks gets to tap into Sophos's large installed base.
