Our company does have a referral bonus plan. It's $5,000 gross for any full-time positions and $1,000 gross for any positions working 29 hours or less per week. The referred candidate must remain employed for a minimum of 90 days before the bonus becomes eligible for disbursement. Additionally, the referring employee must maintain active employment until the date of the payment.

BCBST has an employee referral program. The amount of any bonus is contingent upon the rated level assigned by the Recruiter in conjunction with the hiring manager’s approval.

Referrals for any position gets $400 in the paycheck following the persons start date. Other HTF positions get from $1k - $2k. I'm in the public sector so funding is tight and minimal.

We’re exploring changes to our performance management approach by introducing a mid-year check-in and a year-end evaluation. At the same time, we already run an established Talent Review process mid-year, though employees are not informed of their placement. We’re mindful that managers might see these processes as repetitive. How do you handle this in your organizations? What approaches have worked well for you?

I work in the employee experience team at my company and would like to create a model to allocate employee events budget to each of the sites where we have employees, based on cost of living by country. What models are you currently using and what tools and resources do you recommend exploring?
