Currently, I rely on a hybrid approach combining objective analytics, such as Microsoft Viva Insights, Power BI dashboards, or platforms like ServiceNow and Azure DevOps, with structured employee feedback through regular surveys and meetings. For instance, at Saint-Hyacinthe, using AI-driven cybersecurity tools (Zero-Trust, automated threat detection) allows us to proactively address incidents, reducing response times by approximately 35% and reallocating efforts towards strategic initiatives. By regularly communicating these quantitative and qualitative benefits to stakeholders, I reinforce engagement and transparency, positioning myself actively as a Gartner Peer ambassador dedicated to sharing insights within my professional community.

For Generative AI we're seeing an average of 32 minutes in terms of the value of time saved per person. The caveat is frequent use - daily or every other day. In terms of roles, staff new in their positions or staff with complex roles see the largest benefits.
