In my company, we have been operating for the past 6 months, two out of the three modules from SAP's HXM suite - SuccessFactors. Due to the early adoption phase, where we are, I believe we are just taking advantage of the 25% of their real potential. These modules include Employee Central, Learning Management System, and Performance & Goals Management. The implementation of all three modules was challenging and required the assistance of an SAP partner. However, we have since ended our collaboration with this partner due to their poor performance. I'm reaching out to you for recommendations and experiences, as we have three IT internal resources serving as internal consultants for the HR area. These resources are junior-level employees within our organization, and as operational demands increase, we need them to gain a deeper understanding of the administration and configuration of these modules. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, they haven't been able to progress quickly through the available courses in our SAP Learning Hub subscription. Thus far, we have been managing these demands internally or relying on the standard corporate support provided by SAP for SuccessFactors customers. With the anticipation of increasing demands from the HR team, as employees adopt the platform, I would appreciate your suggestions regarding SAP services or information resources that have proven valuable in similar situations. Currently, we do not have any support or consulting services from SAP or its partners, apart from the standard corporate support. Our plan to meet future demands is to have an expert for each module who can support our internal consulting team. We are eagerly awaiting a formal service proposal to evaluate the potential value of SAP Preferred Success, which focuses on SuccessFactors. I highly value and appreciate any recommendations you can provide.
