Gen Z in my experience puts a high value on career paths and development opportunities. We ensure all employees have development plans, and coach leaders to regularly ask their employees about their career aspirations. We also talk often, and have encouraged lateral moment to gain other experience and knowledge outside of their current areas.

Empowered to manage their careers and supportive manager who is able to conduct regular performance dialogues to guide them
