So far we have not been actively responding internally or externally. To Joshna's point, it is a highly sensitive and delicate situation and of course we are listening to employee queries but as a company so far, we have not taken any position or made any comments. We did the same when the Russia/Ukraine conflict started.

The ability to guide teams through periods of political turmoil and emotion has become a new and necessary skill set for corporate executives. We do not encourage discussions and debates on Israeli-Palestinian conflict as this is is a deeply sensitive and complex issue, and discussing it can often lead to passionate and emotional conversations. We direct employees impacted or affected to EAP who are better qualified to provide support.
