The bank created a new role called "HR Marketing" to oversee employer branding.  At the same time, there was a whole new set of brand values communicated serving different purposes such as recruitment, customer service and product development.  During the engagement process, we gave input from a local/cultural perspective and some changes were made.

The tragedy of employer brand - everyone owns it, so no one owns it. Would love to see an effective RACI if anyone has one.

My2Cent:this is teamwork, imore than a team job iis "the air you breathe in the company". A complex yet essential construction of Values, participation, clear roles, clear objectives and growth-oriented management. Then each area must decline these activities to bring them to the individual employee.
