How does your company handle reimbursing Cell Phone and Internet Reimbursement? Do they offer such? If so, how much?

We have two options for business cell phone reimbursement.
1.Use your own phone and receive a nominal monthly stipend.
2.With manager approval, request a company cell phone of company chosen make and model.
At this time, we currently do not provide reimbursement for home internet use for hybrid or remote roles.
