How does your company manage digital access for Blue Collar workers? In this world of digitalization, we have many systems and tools - yet some portion of our workforce does not have laptops, email addresses or access. How do you handle this dilemma?

We use role-specific access through secure mobile apps and shared assets. We also make use of QR codes and NFC technology for seamless interaction, ensuring that blue-collar workers can engage with digital tools without needing traditional setups like laptops or email addresses.
Thank you!
This is a common problem in our warehouses and some other areas of healthcare. We provide shared, open PCs for this purpose. However, we do see some congestion when there is a popular program and many needing to access. We have started to move to web sites that people can access from their smartphones where available to further widen access.
Susan, thank you very much for this reply. And this means you enable these workers to use their own personal phones for this purpose, right?
As an example I have my own phone and I use outlook on my phone that with the right confirmations accesses my office email, teams etc.. website links can be accessed from anywhere such as pay statements. hope that helps
As per the comments below, we provide kiosks in our warehouses and also ensure QR codes are created for any comms where there is an action for warehouse team members, i.e. employee survey, mandatory training, HR cyclical processes.
