How does your company utilize technology for employee training and development?

Different departments use different tools and platforms. Company-wide we use Verb for leadership and management development. It has been a great resource for new, experienced and aspiring managers.
 

We do also have our own education department and company online university with training for our software modules that are primarily used by our support staff so they can provide better support of our software suite. My teams are using resources like A Cloud Guru, Pluralsight and Udemy. We've used CBT Nuggets, ITPro TV, Routehub and Linux academy in the past.

We give everybody access to LinkedIn Learning. I think LinkedIn Learning's building a good repertoire of things that you would otherwise have to find on your own. You can find courses there that are 45 minutes or an hour long.
